The patient is 4.5 months post-op. She had a wide diastasis recti (separation of the abdominal muscles) with an umbilical hernia after having two children. Dr. Hannan performed a Tummy Tuck to repair and tighten those muscles and remove excess skin and fat and also performed a Breast Implant Exchange. Diastasis recti presents in a variety of different ways and this is a particularly severe case. The patient is not pregnant in the before photo and is many years postpartum.
