The patient had saline implants over the muscle that displaced with time. She’s a super active tennis player so didn’t want to go under the muscle so Dr. Hannan deflated the saline implants, chose new narrower high profile silicone ones, then supported the implants with Galaflex mesh. She’s back to tennis and loves the new size, shape, and position. Dr. Hannan used 345cc Silicone Implants.
